Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of marine propulsion and auxiliary systems
- Monitor engine performance and navigational equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Conduct systematic inspections of mechanical systems and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate with vessel crews to address urgent mechanical issues at sea
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of marine propulsion systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Valid certification in marine engineering (e.g., Class 4 Marine Engineer)
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and engine management systems
- Ability to work independently in challenging marine environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
