Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the marine, offshore, and construction infrastructure markets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities while managing a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with procurement managers, engineers, and project directors.
  • Provide technical consultation on steel rope specifications and infrastructure solutions tailored to client project requirements.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiate complex commercial contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the maritime sector.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Infrastructure sector.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of steel ropes, rigging, or industrial hardware.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
