Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily vessel operations to ensure timely cargo handling and berth management
- Optimize resource planning including labor, equipment, and storage allocation
- Manage quayside activities including vessel berthing, cargo loading/unloading, and documentation
- Supervise container yard operations ensuring efficient stacking, tracking, and movement
- Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Ensure strict compliance with maritime safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Marine Operations
- Minimum 3 years' experience in port operations or maritime logistics
- Strong knowledge of vessel handling, container yard management, and quayside processes
- Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Valid maritime operations certification preferred
