Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive revenue and ensure consistent business expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell potential.
  • Provide expert leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to improve performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust sales tactics proactively.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget reports, and performance updates for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales within the marine, shipping, or offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of the maritime logistics or testing/certification services market in the APAC region.
  • Ability to travel as required to manage client relationships and regional operations.
