Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on marine engines, pumps, and control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic issues at client job sites.
- Provide technical support and training to clients regarding equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Prepare detailed service reports, including diagnostic findings and repair recommendations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and logistics teams to schedule maintenance activities and manage inventory.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in marine service, vessel maintenance, or industrial machinery repair.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job locations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team under time constraints.
