Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all vessel operations and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate vessel maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of repairs and preventive measures
- Manage and lead marine crews, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and optimize offshore operations to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with port authorities, regulatory bodies, and service providers
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to address any non-conformities
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marine operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Certification as a Marine Superintendent or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, and industry best practices
- Proven track record in vessel management, maintenance coordination, and operational optimization
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English
