Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily vessel operations and offshore activities to ensure seamless execution
- Enforce strict compliance with maritime regulations, SOLAS, and company safety policies
- Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance schedules for marine assets
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation for marine projects
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective action plans
- Liaise with port authorities, classification societies, and regulatory bodies
- Develop and optimize operational procedures for efficiency and safety
- Mentor marine teams and conduct performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years marine operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Marine Superintendent (Class Society) or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of IMO regulations, ISM Code, and industry best practices
- Proven track record in vessel management and offshore project coordination
- Advanced problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Proficient in marine operations software (e.g., FleetManager, Navis)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
