Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain marine propulsion systems and auxiliary equipment for mining vessels
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of hydraulic/pneumatic systems on offshore platforms
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades compliant with maritime safety standards
- Document technical specifications and maintenance reports for regulatory compliance
- Train junior staff on proper operation of marine navigation and communication systems
- Collaborate with oil & gas contractors during offshore installation and commissioning phases
- Monitor system performance data to predict maintenance needs and prevent operational downtime
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marine systems engineering
- Valid certifications in marine engineering or related technical field
- Proven track record in mining/oil & gas industry projects
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical marine systems
- Familiarity with SOLAS and IMO maritime safety regulations
- Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and CAD software
- Ability to work in rotating shift schedules and offshore environments
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related discipline
