Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee technical maintenance and operational efficiency of marine fleet vessels
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules compliant with international maritime standards
- Manage emergency response protocols and technical troubleshooting at sea
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality management systems
- Optimize fleet performance through data-driven decision making
- Lead technical audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior technical staff and foster professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of technical maritime experience with fleet operations
- Certification in Marine Technical Management (Class 1/2 Engineer preferred)
- Proven expertise in vessel maintenance planning and budget management
- Strong knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and IMO regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with marine ERP systems and predictive maintenance tools
- Valid STCW certification and valid medical fitness certificate
