Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and complex repairs on various brands of outboard marine engines.
- Conduct diagnostic testing using marine-specific software and mechanical tools to identify engine performance issues.
- Install and calibrate marine electronic systems, fuel systems, and steering components.
- Document all service activities, parts used, and technical findings in the service management system.
- Provide technical advice and exceptional customer service to boat owners regarding engine care and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment compliant with maritime safety standards.
- Assist in sea trials to verify repairs and engine performance under real-world conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification or Diploma in Marine Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related mechanical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in marine engine repair, specifically with outboard motors.
- Strong understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulic steering.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic software reports.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
