Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end flight, hotel, and land transfer bookings for maritime crew changes.
- Coordinate with global airlines and maritime agencies to ensure seamless travel transitions.
- Monitor and manage last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and rebooking requirements.
- Provide expert advice on visa, immigration, and health requirements for various seafarer destinations.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and booking documentation in the internal travel management system.
- Ensure 24/7 reliability and emergency support for urgent crew movements.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with airline partners and corporate clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably specializing in marine, corporate, or GDS travel.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing policies, fare structures, and reissuance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Detail-oriented mindset with advanced multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by global maritime operations.
