Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle international cargo operations including booking, documentation, and container coordination
- Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with Singaporean/foreign trade regulations
- Optimize container utilization and routing for cost-efficiency and timely delivery
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and port authorities
- Monitor shipment status proactively and resolve transit delays or documentation issues
- Maintain accurate cargo records and generate operational reports
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide logistical solutions for client requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in maritime operations or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in customs documentation procedures (e.g., Bill of Lading, commercial invoices)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Proficient in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
