We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Maritime Sales professional to join our team at StaffKing Pte Ltd. In this key role, you will specialize in the sales of project logistics and oversized cargo solutions to a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson to leverage their industry knowledge in the West Region while earning a competitive income package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. We offer a supportive work environment where your efforts will be rewarded with a base salary up to $4000 plus generous commissions, a transport allowance (if you possess your own vehicle), and a variable bonus structure. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maritime, shipping, and project logistics sectors, with a focus on oversized cargo.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer retention.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging logistics needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients to secure agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and professional presentations.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the maritime, shipping, or project logistics industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project logistics, heavy lift cargo, and oversized cargo handling procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle (transport allowance provided for own vehicle).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to business.
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
