As a Market Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure product visibility across various platforms, develop and manage commercial agreements with partners, and ensure that all products appear accurately and competitively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that optimize our product offerings and maximize revenue opportunities. Your analytical skills will be key in monitoring market trends, evaluating competitor activities, and identifying growth areas.

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance product visibility and market positioning across various online and offline channels.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with suppliers, partners, and distributors to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor product accuracy and consistency across multiple distribution platforms, ensuring up-to-date and competitive listings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel partners and travel agencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.
- Proven track record in managing commercial agreements and supplier relationships.
- Excellent understanding of product visibility and distribution strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with travel technology platforms and GDS systems is an advantage.
