- Design and execute AI-driven learning strategies tailored for sales teams and customer support functions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging e-learning modules and training materials.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from conceptualization to deployment and evaluation.
- Analyze training metrics and user feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes and ROI.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and AI technologies to automate and personalize training experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, learning management, or corporate training.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in educational contexts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is preferred.
