Trip.com Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Market Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Singapore market. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and progressively expanding the portfolio of local hotel partners, introducing prospective high-potential partners to our extensive network. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can identify market gaps and leverage them to drive significant growth for both the platform and our partners.
You will serve as the primary liaison between our platform and hoteliers, ensuring that our partners receive the support they need to maximize their visibility and revenue. This includes conducting in-depth market analysis, negotiating competitive rates, and implementing promotional strategies that resonate with travelers. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new high-potential hotel partners across the Central Region and surrounding areas.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive portfolio expansion targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing agreements, and commission structures with hotel management.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure partners are featured effectively on the platform.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations to demonstrate portfolio growth to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore hotel market and OTT (Online Travel Agency) distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a focus on B2B interactions.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
