Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic market plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the Bali region.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with key strategic accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing and product, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management to track progress.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, strategic account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong background in developing and implementing B2B growth strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
