Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute quantitative/qualitative market research studies across Sumatera region
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape using statistical tools
- Develop comprehensive market reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes affecting market conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business strategies
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field (S2 preferred)
- 3+ years experience in market research or data analysis role
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, or Python for statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of qualitative/quantitative research methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights
