- Manage end-to-end loan processing for Brazilian Commodities transactions
- Monitor operational workflows to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and prepare performance reports
- Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions and compliance records
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and training materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in financial services operations or commodities trading
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of Brazilian market regulations and financial compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
