Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative marketing operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the management team in financial documentation, reporting, and marketing budget tracking.
- Supervise administrative workflows and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Maintain clear communication channels between the marketing department and internal finance/legal teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and marketing-related procurement processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data analysis on marketing administrative activities for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial industry regulations in all administrative activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role, preferably within the finance or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and office management software.
- Exceptual organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Professional level of English proficiency; ability to speak Japanese is considered a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of administrative and financial reporting processes.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and process improvement.
