Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional consultation to customers regarding motorcycle products and financing plans to determine the best solution for their needs.
- Process loan applications and manage customer documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Actively promote BFI Finance products to potential clients in the Ciputat Timur region to achieve daily sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and demographic trends in the local area.
- Coordinate effectively with the back-office team to ensure smooth transaction flows and resolve any customer inquiries.
- Represent the company professionally at branch events and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Willingness to be placed at the Gerai Ciputat Timur branch and work full-time hours.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or finance is a significant advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and meet KPI targets consistently.
