Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell ARE Car Product financing solutions to automotive dealerships and individual clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and competitive trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to branch management
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise in ARE Car Product offerings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or automotive finance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build client rapport
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to work in Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid Indonesian driver's license and familiarity with Jakarta's geography
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
