Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote financial products (loans, credit facilities, insurance) in Kalimantan Timur
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and competitive landscape in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual consumers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion techniques
- Organize promotional events and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for regional management
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Finance
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience in financial services
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan Timur's market dynamics and business culture
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
