As the In-Charge, you will oversee the strategic planning of marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and analyze performance metrics to drive sales growth. Simultaneously, you will ensure that all operational standards are met, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, promotions, and advertising, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery, high-quality standards, and efficient workflow management.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to post updates, respond to customer inquiries, and build an online community.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and minimize waste to optimize costs.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, improve products, and refine operational processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Fast Food or Restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, social media trends, and digital advertising tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
