Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound telesales campaigns to generate high-quality leads for container and chassis sales.
- Utilize social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to engage with prospective clients and expand our network.
- Perform in-depth market research to identify industry trends and potential partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and marketing proposals to clients.
- Track and report on daily sales activities and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or direct sales.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Strong skills in social selling and digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building client trust and rapport.
