We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to support the Bambang branch of New Horizon Finance Corporation. In this temporary role, you will play a vital part in our growth strategy by focusing on recruitment marketing and brand visibility. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent to join our dynamic finance team while also managing our local marketing initiatives to drive engagement and customer acquisition.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute recruitment strategies to source and screen potential applicants for various financial positions within the branch.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles to attract top talent and enhance brand awareness.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collaterals, brochures, and digital content for branch campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the banking and financial sector in Nueva Vizcaya.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Represent the company at local community events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
- Analyze engagement metrics to improve the effectiveness of recruitment and marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any related course such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.
- With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or marketing within the service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, MS Office).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
- Knowledge of basic financial products and services is an advantage.
