Adira Dinamika Multi Finance is seeking a high-energy Marketing Car professional to join our dynamic team in the Jabodetabek area. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our vehicle financing solutions, building strong partnerships with car dealers, and helping our customers achieve their dream of vehicle ownership.
As a Marketing Car specialist, you will be responsible for mapping potential leads, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring that our financing products are the preferred choice in the market. We are looking for individuals who are target-oriented, resilient, and possess excellent negotiation skills to thrive in the fast-paced automotive landscape of Jakarta.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans focused on automotive financing growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with car dealers across the Jabodetabek region.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide expert consultation to dealers and end-customers regarding Adira's financing products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and profitability targets.
- Manage the end-to-end financing process from lead generation to credit application submission.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory standards during the sales process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive financing, banking, or leasing.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Deep understanding of the automotive market landscape in Jabodetabek.
- Ability to work independently with high mobility.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools for sales reporting.
