Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with Accor's brand objectives
- Manage media relations and public relations activities including press releases and crisis communication
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channels
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with sales, events, and revenue management teams
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize communication strategies
- Manage marketing communications budget and vendor relationships
- Oversee production of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and digital content
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Public Relations within mid-scale hotel environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
- Deep understanding of Indonesian hospitality market and consumer behavior
