Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid media to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and subject matter experts to create compelling marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) by curating content and engaging with the professional community.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM) and provide actionable insights and regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the company website and landing pages with fresh, optimized content to improve search rankings and user experience.
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including webinars and live events, through content creation and campaign coordination.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness across all touchpoints.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, content, or digital marketing role, ideally within B2B or the technology/events sectors.
  • Proven experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns and complex content calendars.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly collaborative with outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; a true team player.
