Simgroup is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Corporate professional to lead B2B marketing initiatives for our diverse client portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies specifically tailored for the Contact Center, Service Management, Hospitality, and Multifinance sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and campaigns for clients in the Contact Center and Hospitality industries.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects, from conceptualization to final delivery and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets and client acquisition goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry partners and decision-makers.
- Optimize marketing channels and content to maximize return on investment (ROI) and lead generation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B marketing, preferably within the Contact Center, Hospitality, or Service Management industries.
- Strong understanding of the Multifinance and Service Management sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
