Tanggung Jawab
- Design compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, brochures, and digital advertisements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all company materials and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative projects within tight deadlines.
- Create engaging infographics and presentations that effectively simplify complex data for stakeholders.
- Review and edit layouts meticulously to ensure high-quality output and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist in the production of print materials, packaging designs, and various digital assets.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and software capabilities to propose innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Creative Specialist, preferably within the agency or corporate sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and completed projects.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
