- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Execute telesales campaigns to generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Utilize social selling techniques to build brand presence and engage with potential customers across digital platforms
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional content

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven track record in telesales or inside sales with measurable results
- Experience in social selling and managing professional networks on platforms like LinkedIn
- Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build client trust and maintain long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
