- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for hospital segment clients in Jabodetabek
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for kitchen equipment sales to hospitals and institutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in healthcare sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and educational institutions
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to healthcare clients
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to refine positioning strategies
- Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in healthcare/equipment industry
- Proven track record in project management and end-to-end sales execution
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools
- Ability to travel extensively within Jabodetabek area
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
