- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Pet & Travel Insurance products
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape in specialty insurance

- Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business targets
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with veterinary clinics, travel agencies, and pet-related businesses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance or consumer goods
- Proven track record in developing and launching successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
