This role requires a dynamic professional to develop strategic sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and penetrate the hospitality market with innovative product offerings. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities in the competitive restaurant, café, and hotel sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience in B2B sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for kitchen equipment targeting restaurant, café, and hotel clients in Bali/Nusra
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract closure
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry
- Prepare customized proposals and product demonstrations aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in hospitality or equipment industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of restaurant/café operational needs and kitchen equipment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to travel across Bali and Nusra regions as required
