Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive strategies for attracting and securing diverse funding sources, including institutional and individual investors.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential funding partners, including financial institutions, corporate entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Prepare compelling funding proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate investment opportunities and the bank's financial health.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify funding trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for funding agreements, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and risk appetite.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of funding initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of funding activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all funding activities comply with relevant financial regulations, policies, and internal guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in funding, business development, investment management, or financial services, preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and capital markets.
