Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the sales performance analysis for Cash Products (Motor & Mobil) in the Pekanbaru region.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive product placement and adoption.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all marketing activities.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics to senior management regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing management or sales performance analysis.
- Proven track record in leading strategic marketing initiatives within the financial or automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Riau and Pekanbaru.
