Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for credit products to meet monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and banking partners
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities
- Create compelling promotional materials and presentations for credit offerings
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports
- Collaborate with credit teams to ensure product knowledge and compliance
- Organize client events and promotional activities in Bandung region
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing within banking or financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Deep understanding of local banking regulations and credit products
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
