We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Lending Officer to join the dynamic team at PT BPR Sekar Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and driving financial growth in the Balikpapan region. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing strong professional relationships, and effectively presenting our lending products to meet their financial needs. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and your drive to exceed sales targets will be essential to your success in this contract position. We are looking for a candidate who is not only customer-focused but also possesses a deep understanding of the lending process and market trends.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients for lending products through various channels.
- Conduct product presentations and pitch financial solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Negotiate loan terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
- Familiarity with banking products, lending processes, and financial regulations.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
