- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing logistics strategies aligned with brand objectives and market demands
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain coordination for marketing materials, from production to point-of-sale

- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs while improving service levels and delivery timelines
- Manage logistics budgets and track KPIs for cost efficiency and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability standards
- Drive innovation in logistics technology and process automation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8+ years in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry with marketing logistics focus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication abilities
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance operational efficiency and brand objectives
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party logistics providers
