Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition in the Bali market.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media presence across all platforms, creating engaging content that fosters community engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, tracking expenses and reporting on ROI to senior management.
- Represent Bread Yard at industry events and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and growing social media following.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management platforms.
