Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for pension credit products
- Lead market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Collaborate with product development to create customer-focused offerings
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in financial services
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Experience with digital marketing channels and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations is preferred
