Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Manage and optimize the company's brand identity across all digital and print channels.
- Oversee social media platforms, creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community-building events and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on ROI and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Cebu is highly desirable.
