In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our Leaseback Car product, helping customers secure financial flexibility through their vehicle assets. We are looking for individuals who are target-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and are ready to take their career to the next level with industry-leading training and development programs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Leaseback Car financing products within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations with prospective clients to explain product benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare and process loan applications with high accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline and performance to the Branch Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in financial services or automotive marketing is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be based at the BFI Finance Branch in Jakarta Utara (Penjaringan).
