Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive property marketing strategies
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers
- Generate and qualify leads through digital and traditional channels
- Negotiate sales agreements and close property transactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with design and construction teams on property features
- Maintain accurate client and property databases
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales/marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Valid Indonesian real estate certification (optional but preferred)
- Knowledge of Malang property market
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
