- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote design and property services.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including online and offline.
- Conduct sales presentations and property tours to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
- Participate in networking events and community outreach to generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in property or design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is an advantage.
