Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, screen, and onboard potential sellers for Golden Haven Luzon.
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment channels and sales opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns to boost revenue.
- Maintain an accurate database of qualified candidates and active sellers.
- Train and mentor new hires on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with the HR department for proper documentation and compliance.
- Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback to the team.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Cavite and nearby provinces.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
