Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage client relationships from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
- Coordinate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with product team to provide customer feedback for product improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or marketing role
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian motorsport market preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and motorcycle license (B2) required
