Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the bio-sciences sector.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure client retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate communication of product specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecast future business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the life sciences or medical industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.
