Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our B2B client portfolio.
- Proactively identify, approach, and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective B2B clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales messaging with brand positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing-related sales roles.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
